Floorplanners was established by its current directors in 1997.

We had noticed a gap in the way that estate agents marketed pre-owned properties. The original way of using poor quality photocopies was quickly being replaced by high quality desktop publishing systems, and this enabled more information to be provided to the ever demanding home buyer.

We now supply plans in many areas within Central London and surrounding areas, whilst we are able to offer our service further afield our best rates are 

offered within our focus zones.

As we all become more time limited the need for size information in Square footage terms is important,

 rather than just the number of bedrooms, these days the size detail is often the first question asked.

A 4 Bedroom house for example could now be referred to as a 1650 Sq.ft. 4 Bedroom House. 

The provision of a floor plan was always available from designers that were selling prior to completion of a 

new build project, or on a Million Pound plus property that qualified for a superior full colour brochure.

These days floor plans are an essential part of Property Marketing and should be supplied for 

all properties no matter the size or price or location.

We believe that all house hunters should be entitled to the same quality of information.

Therefore we introduced a system that enables Estate Agents to add a quality floor plan to any information produced in house or by professional printers.

This also allowed floor plans to be added to a website, or a property search engine.
